I, Stephanie Grijalva, am a doctoral candidate in the School of Business, Technology, and Health Care Administration at Capella University and I invite you to participate in my Capstone project. The purpose of my research project is to explore the perspectives of U.S. managers in the STEM industry regarding sustainability recruitment strategies used to improve a talent shortage. This study is part of the researcher's doctoral education program. You are invited to participate and share your knowledge, experiences, expertise, and personal assessments of sustainability recruitment strategies without regard to your current employer or workplace and the practices used at those sites.
