The studies on browse don't fit me. Why am I seeing them?

Curious why you're getting notified for certain studies? Here's how it works.

We do our best to send projects that we think will be a fit for you based on your profile. However, our science is not exact—but we're getting closer!

Sometimes, you may be invited to or see a study on our browse page that is not a fit for you. At the moment, you can just ignore those. Here are some suggestions to get the best matches:

  • Update your profile regularly if anything has changed—a recent move, new job, change to your family. This will help us notify you about projects that are a close fit.
  • New studies are being launched every day, so make sure to click “Load More” on the Browse page to see new opportunities.
  • If you're invited to a study and no longer interested, follow the schedule link to mark yourself as unavailable.

You can sort through active studies you see on the Browse page by interview and study type using the check boxes on the left-hand side of the screen. This may help if you are interested in doing certain types of studies but not others.

We're constantly looking for ways to improve, so stay tuned!
