How User Interviews manages participant accounts to ensure quality.

We strive to provide a seamless and fair experience for all of our participants and researchers. Feedback from both sides helps us understand more about our users and we do our best to keep great users as part of our research audience.

After each study, we collect feedback on completed sessions. To make sure that you do not receive poor feedback, be sure to show up on time (if not early), be respectful of the researcher's time, be present in your session, and ensure that you are honest in your feedback/applications. If you need to miss a session, we ask for participants to provide 36 hours notice to avoid penalties. If you are concerned about your ability to meet the above criteria, reach out to support@userinterviews.com. We will do our best to work with you to make sure that everything goes smoothly with your upcoming sessions!
