When you report a problem to our Support team, capturing and sending an image of your computer screen can often help us resolve your issue. The process to take a screenshot depends on your computer, and how you’re reaching out to us.

How to take a screenshot

Once you've located the item you want to capture, find your device in this list and follow the steps to take a screenshot.

Windows computers: Microsoft Windows
