We’re conducting 30-minute one-on-one interviews to better understand how homeowners experience modern home energy systems and technologies, such as solar power, battery backup, EV charging, and other electrical upgrades.
This conversation focuses on real homeowner experiences with these technologies — what motivated the installation, how the systems are used in everyday life, and what has worked well or been challenging.
The interview will take place via Google Meet with an independent researcher and is not affiliated with any brand, product, or installer. There are no right or wrong answers — we’re simply interested in learning from real homeowner perspectives.
