We're looking for people who have searched for a doctor or specialist online in the past 6 months — whether for yourself or someone in your family.
In this 25–30 minute remote study, you'll look at a real hospital website and share your thoughts out loud as you browse. There's no right or wrong way to do it — we genuinely want to hear what stands out, what's confusing, and what you'd do next if this were a real situation.
The session is conducted over Zoom and requires you to share your screen. You don't need any special knowledge or preparation — just show up and be honest.
