We are looking for people in the greater Chicago area who repair, install, or maintain things for a living to take part in a paid in-person research interview about how you work.
A researcher will visit you to learn about your work and how you go about it. We'll meet wherever you're normally based for work: your home, garage, workshop, work van, or the site where you're based. There's nothing to prepare, and please don't tidy or rearrange anything for us — seeing things exactly as they normally are is the most useful thing for our research.
