We're running a research study on how customer support teams set up, configure, and manage their AI support agents — what works well, what's difficult, and where the tools fall short.

We'd love to speak with people who are hands-on with this. have personally built or closely overseen an AI voice agent in production — the person who configures the agent and runs it day to day (across channels like chat, email, and phone).
