Welcome! This is a hands-on, mobile video interview about a real laundry load you’re doing today (about 45 minutes total across three parts).
Important — please use your mobile phone:
- We’ll ask you to flip your camera and show us different steps of your routine.
- You’ll film your load, machine settings, and products.
- Please make sure to clearly show your garments and the full laundry load before and after the wash (outside of the machine), as this is essential for us to capture and review your experience properly.
The interview has 3 parts:
1) Before the wash - show the load, talk through what is in it, and show how you set up the wash.
2) After the wash - come back to show the washed items and share your reaction to the results.
3) After drying - come back again to show the dried items and tell us about the final outcome.
Tips:
- Use your mobile phone throughout the interview
- Make sure your laundry and products are clearly visible on camera
- Return to the same interview link for each part
Compensation is provided only after you finish all 3 parts correctly!
