We're looking for people who administer and configure Jira Service Management (JSM) or relevant platfoms as part of their day-to-day role to take part in a research study. We want to understand how you set up and run JSM or the relevant platforms, workflows, request types, queues, SLAs, automations, what works well, and where it gets in your way.
If suitable, pending the screener, you'll be invited to take part in a single 60-minute remote interview. It's a relaxed, one-on-one conversation. No preparation needed, and you can join from your own desk.
