Recruitment Announcement
I am a doctoral student enrolled in the Doctor of Business Administration program and I would like to ask you to take part in a research study examining employee experiences with artificial intelligence in fintech organizations. This study aims to comprehend the way employees perceive and react to work process, job role, and workplace experiences changes when implementing AI technologies.
You are invited as you are (or have been recently) working in an organization in the fintech/tech industry where artificial intelligence technologies are being applied in their daily operations. Participation means attending a secret interview in the form of a Zoom videoconference, which takes about 45 to 60 minutes. The interview will be based on your experience in your organization when working with AI technologies.
Your involvement is voluntary and you can leave the study at any time without any loss. The interview will be tape recorded, with your consent, to be transcribed later. Your name and identity will be kept confidential and will not be displayed in the final research report.
The qualification criteria are as follows:
• You should have worked in a fintech organization with AI technologies recently or now.
• You need to know fluent English.
• You will need to have access to the internet and be capable of taking part in an interview that provides audio and video.
• You should be free to attend a 45 to 60 minutes interview.
The anticipated advantage of the research is to have a clearer insight into how employees perceive technological transformation related to the use of artificial intelligence in the company.
