A virtual visit is typically conducted via video and/or phone call, or text-based communication with a patient by a healthcare provider, where the patient is outside of a clinical setting. A healthcare provider can be any medical professional, including doctor, psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, therapist, etc. Please be assured that all your responses will remain confidential.
