Project Description:
We are updating and expanding an online resource portal for Massachusetts public school families and want to ensure it is designed by real parents, for real parents.
We are recruiting a small Project Design Advisory Group of diverse family members to provide ideas and feedback for our design team. If selected, you will participate in three separate live Zoom focus groups to discuss input from other family members, share your ideas, help us prioritize topics, critique website layouts, and review resource ideas.
Study Schedule & Commitment:
To participate and receive the full stipend, you must be 100% available to join our research team live on Zoom (with webcams on) for all three of the following 60-minute sessions:
Thursday, June 11, 7:00-8:00 pm ET | Session 1: Brainstorming Topics
Thursday, June 18, 7:00-8:00 pm ET | Session 2: Reviewing Website Mock Ups
Thursday, June 25, 7:00-8:00 pm ET | Session 3: Resource Idea Feedback
Incentive/Stipend:
You will be paid a $75 digital gift card immediately following the successful completion of each individual 60-minute milestone (for a total of $225 upon completion of the full study).
We are looking for honest, authentic family perspectives from all backgrounds across the Commonwealth. No prior website design experience is required—we just want to hear your real experiences supporting your child's education and resources you think would help other Massachusetts parents and families members.
