We're looking for individuals who have filed a claim through a non-medical benefits provider to participate in a research study. Participants will complete a self-guided activity that includes recorded video responses and takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.
We're interested in learning about your experience filing and managing a claim, including any challenges, questions, or frustrations you encountered along the way. Your feedback will help inform future improvements to employee and claimant digital experiences.
