We are conducting research to better understand how organizations manage commercial vehicles, tolling accounts, transponders, billing, and payments.
We are looking to speak with individuals who are involved in managing fleet vehicles, tolling accounts, vehicle records, transponders, or related operational activities. Participants may work for trucking companies, delivery and logistics providers, construction firms, utility companies, field service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc.), government fleets, or other organizations that operate multiple vehicles.
Participants will take part in a 30-minute virtual interview to discuss their experiences managing vehicles, tolling accounts, transponders, and related administrative processes. This is not a sales call. We are seeking honest feedback to help inform future improvements to commercial fleet management experiences.
Selected participants will receive $25 compensation for their time.
