In this study, you'll share feedback on concepts that could support owners at different stages of their journey—from getting started with a new vehicle, to maintenance and service, to planning for a future vehicle purchase.
The study includes a survey with a mix of rating questions and opportunities to explain your opinions. Some participants may also be invited to record short video responses. Your feedback will help Ford understand which experiences feel most valuable, useful, and engaging for vehicle owners.
