We're looking to speak with founders and CEOs of growing agencies and professional services firms about the real challenges of scaling — what's changed, what's surprised you, and what keeps you up at night.

What we're researching:

We want to understand what founders actually find hard as their business grows past 50 people — across all areas of running the business.

What we'll discuss:

- What's changed most about your role as the business has grown
- Where you've felt the most friction or unexpected difficulty
- Decisions that were harder than you expected
- What you've tried that worked, and what hasn't
- What you wish existed that doesn't

This is relevant if you:
- Founded or lead an agency or professional services firm with 50–200 employees
- Have grown significantly in the last few years
- Are willing to talk honestly about where things have been hard
