We’re running a research session to better understand how people watch TV at home, including how they find programmes, choose what to watch, use apps or recommendations, and return to content they enjoy.
The session will be a relaxed 90-minute remote interview. During the session, we may ask you to talk us through how you normally use your TV experience, what works well, what feels frustrating, and what would make finding something to watch easier. During the session we will ask you to show your TV via the webcam on your laptop or iPad just so we get a better picture what you mean.
The researcher may follow up via message, email, or phone to confirm if you're a fit for the study. Be sure to answer!
