We’re interested in better understanding how businesses handle day-to-day communication with their customers or clients. We want to interview people who personally handle, coordinate, or directly manage this work.
This may include responding to customer requests, following up on open items, coordinating appointments or services, resolving customer issues, or managing a team or process that supports this customer-facing work.
The study will be conducted as a remote, one-on-one interview. If selected, you’ll be asked about your current role and recent real work situations involving customers or clients, including how this work is handled within your role and company.
