Description

We're conducting a research study on how professionals create, manage, and close quotes in partner and channel sales environments.
If you've ever waited three days for a pricing approval, rebuilt a quote because the version in the portal didn't match the one in your email, or texted your vendor contact because the portal couldn't tell you why your quote was rejected — we want to talk to you.

We're studying the full quoting experience in partner and channel sales. Note: We use "quotes" broadly — if your company calls them proposals, bids, estimates, RFQ responses, or CPQ output, that counts.

We're looking for three types of professionals:

PARTNER-SIDE (resellers, distributors, VARs):
• Sales reps who personally create, submit, track, and manage quotes or proposals for customers
• Managers who oversee their team's quoting activity — reviewing quotes, handling escalations, managing pipeline, and liaising with vendors on pricing

What you'll do:
• 80–90 minute video interview
• Tell us about how quoting actually works — the good, the bad, and the "I can't believe we still do it this way"

Who qualifies:
• 5+ years in partner/channel roles
• Quoting is a regular, current part of your work
• Large, multi-geography company in Tech, Manufacturing, Telecommunications
