We are looking for testers based in the US to help validate and improve the International Bill Pay experience for a leading global financial service provider.
In this project, you will use either the official App or a Web browser to pay a real utility or service bill (electricity, water, internet, etc.) for yourself or a loved one in one of 10 supported countries.
The best part? You will receive 100% reimbursement for the bill amount and any transaction fees, plus incentive for your work. We are testing the most popular billers in these regions to ensure a seamless experience for everyone!
Requirements:
Location: United States.
Devices: Any Smartphone (App or Mobile Web) or Desktop/Laptop.
Special Requirements:
Must have a valid US-issued debit card.
Must have a real, active bill to pay in: Costa Rica
Reimbursement: Full 100% refund of the bill principal and transaction fees.
IMPORTANT: Any incomplete onboarding tasks will result in an incomplete
session. Full onboarding is required for participation in testing.
