We're a software team studying how people use specialized tools in their day-to-day work. We want to understand what's working, what's frustrating, and how these tools fit into a real workflow.
The session is a 45-minute video call with a researcher. We'll ask about the software you use, then ask you to share your screen and walk us through a few things you'd normally do in a typical week. There are no right answers and nothing to prepare. We're learning from you, not testing you.
You'll need a computer with a webcam and a stable connection, and you'll need to be logged in to the tools you use for work. Please don't show us anything confidential. We only need to see how the tools work.
Sessions are recorded for note-taking and shared only with our internal team.
