Description

We're speaking with operations and procurement professionals at manufacturing and distribution companies to understand how teams handle supplier coordination and purchasing today — purchase orders, invoice processing, and day-to-day supplier communication.

We're particularly interested in:
- How procurement workflows currently run (tools, people, processes)
- What takes the most time and causes the most friction
- How purchasing and supplier decisions actually get made
- What data sources are used and how they flow between systems
- What would change if a tool could handle more of this coordination work automatically

This is exploratory research into how mid-market manufacturers and distributors (roughly $10–300M revenue) manage procurement and operations when they don't have large dedicated teams.
