Overview

Thank you for agreeing to participate in an IBM User Engagement research study offered by International Business Machines Corporation or one of its subsidiaries (“IBM” or “we”). This will enable us to improve the quality of our products and offerings. As a participant to this study:

• You agree that you are acting solely as a representative of yourself and not of your employer or anyone else.
• You are under no obligation to provide any comments to IBM related to a product, offering, or service (“Feedback”). But any Feedback you do provide is voluntary, not confidential, and not proprietary. IBM may freely use this feedback to improve or develop current and future IBM products or services.

• You confirm you are at least 18 years of age and can participate in this study.

Privacy Consent

As part of this study, IBM may capture or record (video and audio) your participation, that is part of your Feedback, and will not be shared publicly.

IBM processes your personal information for this study, for the research and improvement of IBM products or services which may include your contact information and information about your work experience. IBM’s products and services are developed or improved by IBM in the U.S. and several of IBM’s subsidiaries (e.g., IBM Canada, IBM Germany, or others) and IBM may share this information with those subsidiaries for the research and improvement of IBM Products.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via email at IBMUserEngagement@ibm.com. Should you withdraw your consent, the recordings and all information relating to you will be deleted. We will retain your anonymous comments. More information on how IBM handles your personal information can be found in the IBM Privacy Statement at www.ibm.com/privacy.

Confidential Information

We may share IBM confidential information as part of the study, which will be marked or identified as such. By accepting this Agreement, you agree not to disclose or use this information except for participating in this study. The term of this non-disclosure is five years from the time the information was disclosed.

Acknowledgement

The laws of the State of New York govern this Agreement without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Please acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement by signing electronically.
