Join the UX Insights Champions

You are about to become part of the IFS end-user group, UX Insights Champions. It means that you will be invited to participate in user research studies. We will save your name, contact details, and some additional information about you and how you use IFS. This information will be used when we choose who to invite to research and to make sure we have a diverse group of participants.

When you participate in research, we will take notes, and we may record the session. The information we gather will be used to improve and develop our products at IFS.

How we will use your data
Your trust is of importance to us. Any data, recording, or other personal information relating to you will be treated in accordance with applicable laws and treated confidentially. Your data will be processed based on your consent. The recordings and notes will be used for internal purposes to improve our products and services. The data may be kept if we have your consent and the data is still relevant. We may also anonymize your responses and aggregate them with other participants' responses to share study results with a larger group or externally.

How did you find the UX Insights Champions?

Participation in our studies is voluntary. You participate as much as you have time for. A research session can be anything from answering a ten-minute survey to a two-hour interview. You can take a break or stop your participation at any time without giving a reason. If you have questions or concerns about this study or wish to withdraw your consent, please email ifs.research@ifs.com. You may see suggestions for new functionality or interfaces, which should be considered confidential. By joining the UX Insights Champions, you acknowledge that you are aware that the concepts you see are only ideas, and IFS does not promise to develop them.
