We're looking to hear from people in customer-facing roles who manage or respond to customer issues as part of their job.
Over 2 weeks, you'll complete a series of short activities helping us understand what your working day really looks like — the tools you use, the processes you follow, and where things get complicated. Your insights will directly shape how we improve the experience for people in your role.
All participants receive a $125 gift card, split across the study — you'll receive a portion upon completing the first 5 activities and the remainder upon completing all activities. Those who complete the full study may also be invited to a 30–45 minute follow-up interview for an additional $50–60 gift card.
