Do you need to renew your commercial auto insurance policy? We are looking to learn about your experience and expectations when renewing and shopping for a commercial auto insurance policy.
Apply to this multi-day study if:
- You will need to renew your commercial insurance policy within the next month.
- Are willing to document insurance related moments along the way on your own
- Are willing to participate in a kick-off interview & follow-up interview
Parts of this study:
1. Kickoff Call: a 1 hr remote interview where we will ask about your commercial auto insurance policy and your upcoming renewal, and explain the unmoderated moments portion of the study.
2. Unmoderated Moments: a 2 – 3 week long period where you will document insurance related renewal and shopping moments as well as actually renewing or switching your commercial auto policy. (expectation to submit minimum 4 moments entries and 1 entry showing your renewal process, totaling around an hour overall)
3. Follow-Up Interview: a 1 hr interview to understand how your experience went
*Parts 1 & 2 will be paid $150, with participants who also complete part 3 receiving an additional $50 incentive.
