In this study, you’ll join a 60-minute one-on-one video interview. We’ll talk about how you currently sell items (for example through online resale sites, consignment, or local marketplaces) and get your reactions to a new, convenient service concept that helps you sell from home.
Your honest feedback will help us understand what feels convenient, trustworthy, and comfortable when it comes to getting support with selling items from your home. This is a conversation only—no sales or follow-up marketing.
