We are testing an anti-aging skincare product for women! Appointments will consist of clinical photography and skin measurements to determine effectiveness of the product over a period of 12 weeks.
Appointments will be given at a first-come, first-served basis. Please confirm that you can make the dates of the dates below. Appointments will be scheduled during office hours (8-4) with no exceptions:
Visit 1: 3/31 OR 4/1(approximately 30 minutes)
Visit 2: 4/8, 4/9 OR 4/10 (approximately 2 hours)
Visit 3: 4/15, 4/16 OR 4/17 (approximately 1 hour)
Visit 4: 4/22, 4/23 OR 4/24 (approximately 1 hour)
Visit 5: 5/6, 5/7 OR 5/8 (approximately 1 hour)
Visit 6: 6/3, 6/4 OR 6/5 (approximately 1 hour)
Visit 7: 6/30, 7/1 OR 7/2 (approximately 1 hour)
Payment will be distributed on completion of ALL appointments. Partial payments will not be distributed.
