We're Japan's #1 resale company, and we're exploring a U.S. launch. We'd love your help testing a Japanese-style at-home appraisal and buyback experience to see how it could work for American customers.
We're currently looking for participants based in Texas.
What to expect
- A small research team will visit your home for about 60 minutes
- Show us a few items you might consider selling someday — no need to prepare or gather anything in advance
- Walk through what an at-home appraisal could look and feel like
- Share your honest, candid feedback on the experience
How it works
1. 15-minute pre-interview (video call): Before the in-home session, we'll hold a short 15-minute call so we can ask a few background questions and you can ask us anything you'd like. This helps make sure both sides feel comfortable, safe, and prepared for the in-person visit.
2. In-home session (~60 minutes): Our team visits your home, walks through the appraisal flow, and gathers your feedback.
Important things to know
- This is user research — you are under no obligation to sell anything. You can show us items purely for feedback purposes and keep every single one of them.
- That said, if you decide you'd like to sell an item and agree to a price, we are able to purchase it on the spot. This is entirely your choice.
- You have full authority to end the session at any time, for any reason. Just let us know and we'll wrap up immediately, no questions asked.
Availability
The in-home sessions will be held on April 22–23, 2026. To participate, you must be available for an in-person session on one of those two days in Texas.
