We are a medical device company working towards enabling patients wherever they are with access to life-changing diagnostic testing and more relevant health information. Our blood collection devices enable easy, virtually painless sample collections for diverse testing applications. This study will use 2 small Tasso devices that go on your upper arms and make very small cuts to collect blood quickly and painlessly.
You will receive a $100 stipend (should you complete all steps during your visit) distributed by the User Interviews for your participation in this study.
At the start of the visit you will be asked to sign an Informed Consent Form explaining the study and your involvement as a participant. You will be given an opportunity while reviewing the consent form to ask any questions you may have regarding the study and/or the form. Please keep in mind that we will be asking about your medical history and your current medication list.
During your visit, two HCPs (Health Care Professionals) will administer 2 devices to painlessly collect 2 capillary blood samples using 2 separate Tasso devices. We will also do a standard venous blood draw and collect two tubes. We want to know if the samples we collect from our device are comparable to samples collected traditionally through a venipuncture draw.
