We're conducting a multi-part research study to better understand your experience switching your home and mobile internet service provider. Your feedback will help us understand what the process is like for customers.
This is a 3-part longitudinal study. Qualified participants will complete a 90-minute in-home interview at your home in Dallas, TX with two researchers, a 45-minute remote interview after your new service is installed, and a brief 15-minute follow-up survey 30 days later.
Each participant's study will run for about 6-7 weeks. To participate, you'll need to be in the Dallas, TX area (not traveling) for your in-home interview, remain reachable for the full 6-7 weeks of your study, and have access to a stable Wi-Fi connection and your devices for the two remote sessions.
There is a total incentive of $500, distributed incrementally as you complete and we verify each step of the study.

If selected, you'll be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before participating. To remain eligible throughout the study, you must consent to being contacted by email for its duration and agree to promptly complete each step as scheduled.
If you qualify, you'll be notified through User Interviews to schedule your first session.
