Comcast is looking for current Xfinity Internet customers in or around the Philadelphia area to participate in a multi-part study to improve our app experience.
Interviews are being scheduled from August 15th, 2026 to September 15th, 2026.
If you qualify after additional screening, you may be invited to participate in
1. Remote Zoom Call (60 minutes)
2. In-home observation (Time varies - Allow 2 Comcast researchers to observe you complete an internet related activity in your new home)
3. Remote, 3-5 minute recorded video (one week after in-home observation)
4. Remote Zoom Call (60 minutes)
Participants will need to sign a consent form before taking part in each activity and will be paid for each activity completed. All activities will be video recorded for internal research purposes.
