You'll be invited to Fairway Market in Kip's Bay (550 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10016) for a 60-minute in-person session. You'll have the chance to do a simulated shopping trip, and we'll ask you to walk us through how you normally shop. No purchasing required!
Your feedback will go directly toward improving the shopping experience for customers like you. Sessions are scheduled for August 20-21, and participants will receive a $125 incentive for their time.
