We are conducting research on how finance professionals collect payments ('receivables') from clients and customers at their companies: the payment methods accepted, payment processors used, and how they manage this alongside other finance tasks and activities.
Participants selected for this study will take part in casual and informal interviews where we'll discuss and understand how your company get's paid, what that process looks like, and also provide feedback on a high-level prototype for a solution aimed at finance professionals.
Qualification for this study may result in repeat interviews, for which participants will be well-compensated for their time.
