We’re conducting a short research study to understand how engineering leaders coordinate work, make decisions, track dependencies, and stay aligned across teams.
The study will be completed through an online survey and will focus on participants’ current processes, tools, challenges, and day-to-day experiences. We’re interested in how work actually gets managed today not testing knowledge or evaluating performance.
The survey should take approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.
