We're looking at how people find their way around a new product capability within our cybersecurity enterprise application. You'll be asked to complete a series of short tasks, finding where you'd expect certain things to live. You don't need any prior experience with this feature - there are no wrong answers, we're testing the navigation, not you.
This is an unmoderated session, so you'll complete it in your own time with no researcher present. It will take no longer than 15 minutes.
During the session, your screen and audio will be recorded, and we'll ask you to think aloud as you go, just telling us what you're looking at and why. If selected, we'll send you a link to get started along with everything you need to know.
You'll need a desktop or laptop with a working microphone.
