I am a Doctor of Business Administration learner at Capella University conducting a qualitative capstone project. The purpose of this research is to explore the perspectives of HR leaders in the U.S. manufacturing industry regarding the strategies they report using to support employee trust of AI-based HR tools during AI-HRM implementation.
Participation involves one individual interview on Zoom, expected to last approximately 45 to 60 minutes and audio-recorded with your permission. Participation is voluntary, and you may decline any question or stop at any time without penalty. Participants who complete the interview receive a $50 incentive. Interested individuals will complete a brief screening questionnaire, and eligible participants will receive an informed consent document before the interview is scheduled.
