You are invited to participate in a doctoral research study exploring healthcare nursing leaders’ perspectives and experiences regarding effective adaptive communication strategies for communicating organizational change within a multigenerational workforce. The purpose of this study is to understand healthcare leaders’ perspectives on communication strategies they consider effective for communicating organizational change to employees across generations.
To participate, individuals must meet specific eligibility requirements related to their healthcare leadership experience. Participation involves a one-on-one virtual interview conducted through Zoom.
