We are conducting 60-minute remote research interviews with professionals who have been directly involved in a significant data-related initiative.
Relevant initiatives may include:
- A CRM, ERP, cloud, application or data-platform migration
- Automating recurring data-quality processes
- Preparing data for a specific AI, GenAI, RAG or agent use case
- Improving data governance, ownership or audit readiness
- Establishing governance and approval processes for AI
- Improving credit, bureau or regulated decision data
- Creating a customer 360 or resolving customer identities across systems
During the interview, we will ask about what prompted the initiative, how your organisation approached it, who was involved, what options were considered and what happened. We are interested in completed and ongoing initiatives, as well as those that stalled or resulted in no decision. There are no right or wrong answers; we want to understand your experience.
You may work in data, technology, transformation, governance, risk, AI, customer data, CRM, credit data or a related area. To take part, you should have had direct involvement in the initiative as a sponsor, owner, evaluator, decision-maker, technical lead or governance and risk stakeholder.
The conversation is for research purposes. You will not be asked to disclose confidential or commercially sensitive information. Applicants will complete a short screening questionnaire, and selected participants will be contacted to arrange the interview.
