We’re looking to learn from professionals who have experience assigning and updating user roles and access in a bank platform (e.g., onboarding new users, modifying existing access, and reviewing role/permission options before confirming).
If selected, you will be invited to participate in a short unmoderated activity asking for feedback on two different potential workflows selecting and assigning a role for a bank user. The study should take 10 minutes max.
