Thank you for taking part. We are interested in how you use cheese when preparing food and your experiences with goat cheese. There are no right or wrong answers—please speak openly and use examples from your own life.
This interview will take around 60 minutes. To take part and receive the incentive, please keep your camera switched on throughout the interview while answering questions. You will also be asked to complete a few short on-camera tasks, including showing us inside your fridge and the cupboard or storage area where you keep cooking ingredients.
## Cheese cooking activity
Your interview includes a simple home cooking activity. Based on your earlier answers, we will confirm during the interview whether you should use goat cheese or a cheese of your choice. If you use a cheese of your choice, you may use feta, goat cheese, fresh mozzarella or another cheese.
Please join from a kitchen or a place where you can prepare food, with the relevant cheese and a few ingredients available for a dish you would naturally make. The recipe must use the cheese as an ingredient and require you to transform it for the dish, for example by slicing, cutting or crumbling it. Please do not choose a recipe where cheese is simply added without preparation, such as mozzarella placed on a pizza.
When the activity begins:
- Position your camera so your work area and the cheese are clearly visible. Tap the camera-flip toggle at the bottom right of your screen to switch to your rear camera if needed.
- Prepare a simple dish using the cheese in the way that feels natural to you.
- Talk aloud about what you are doing, the choices you make, and anything that helps or gets in the way.
- Allow around 15–20 minutes for preparation and tasting.
- If you are not ready or do not yet have the cheese you will use, pause the interview and resume it when you are ready.
To be eligible for the incentive, you must complete the interview, including the cooking activity, while showing the preparation on video. If you cannot take part in this activity on video, please do not start the interview.
