This research study, conducted in partnership with User Interviews and Sago, consists of a brief eligibility screening survey followed by a second survey for qualified participants.
Complete the initial screening survey to see if you qualify. Only participants who successfully complete the screening survey and meet the study qualification criteria will receive a $5 Amazon Gift Card and be invited to participate in the second survey.
Participants who are invited to and successfully complete the second survey will receive an additional $60 Amazon Gift Card, bringing their total incentive to $65 in Amazon Gift Cards.
