About the Study:
This is a 25-minute online activity where you will use your smartphone to perform a real search query across three platforms: TikTok, Google, and Facebook. You will be asked to record your phone screen and speak your thoughts aloud in English as you browse.
Study Requirements - Please read carefully before applying:
• App Readiness: You must have the official TikTok, Google, and Facebook apps installed on your mobile phone and be actively logged into your personal accounts.
• Technical Setup: You must be comfortable recording your phone's screen with audio, and uploading that video file to a secure cloud drive link (like Google Drive or Dropbox).
• Communication: You must be willing to "think aloud" and share your honest feedback verbally in clear English during the task.
• Verification: You will be asked to share a quick screenshot of your recent TikTok search history and your main Facebook profile page to verify account authenticity.
Compensation & Incentives:
• Reward: $25 upon successful completion of the activity and valid video upload.
• Payment Method: Provided via an electronic Amazon Gift Card or PayPal.
• Processing Time: Please note that payments are typically processed and completed within 14 business days.
