Description

We’re conducting independent market research with professionals involved in managing public-records, open-records, FOIA, or public-disclosure requests at state and local government organizations.

We’re interested in learning about your experience with the technologies and processes used to review, process, redact, and produce records, as well as your perspective on what is working well and where there may be opportunities for improvement.

This will be a 20-minute research interview.
We are not seeking any confidential, sensitive, or case-specific information.
All feedback will be kept anonymous and used for research purposes only.
