We’re looking for mechanical engineers to help evaluate and improve AI agents.
Participants that pass the assessment will be invited to design high-quality, real world engineering tasks (question + answer) for AI models to solve and generate rubrics to grade how the model performed.
Ideal Qualifications
- Professional experience in mechanical engineering (or closely related field)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information from diverse engineering sources
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Project Timeline + Compensation
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 2-3 months
- Commitment: 10+ hours/week
- Pay: $60/hr for junior engineers and $150/hr for senior engineers (10+ years of experience)
