We are seeking individuals who have recently made, or are actively making, decisions regarding a financial services provider.
This includes people who:
- Have opened a new account or have begun a new relationship with a new financial services firm very recently
- Are currently researching or comparing new investment firms to begin a relationship with
- Are opening or moving additional products, assets, or services to deepen the relationship with an investment provider you already use
The discussion will focus on your actual experiences researching options, gathering information, evaluating tradeoffs, and making decisions. Participants should be prepared to describe specific examples from their recent experience, show the process that they followed and discuss specific steps and actions you completed.
