We’re inviting you to take part in an exciting research study about mobile app usage in Australia. We’re looking for participants who are willing to install a research app on their smartphone and keep it installed for up to 8 months. This study will help us better understand mobile device usage patterns over time.
What You'll Do:
Start with a short survey (about 7–10 minutes)
- You'll answer a few questions about yourself and your smartphone usage to determine whether you qualify for the study.
If you qualify, you'll be invited to join the long-term research panel:
- Download and install a research app on your smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Keep the app installed on your device for up to 8 months - minimum 1 month to be eligible for the AUS $25 incentive
- No additional tasks or activities will be required beyond maintaining the app installation as instructed.
💵 Incentive
You'll be eligible to receive gift card incentives for your participation.
✅ Complete the screening survey and qualify for the study
✅ Successfully install the research app on your smartphone
✅ Keep the app installed and active according to the study requirements
Participants will receive incentive payments on a monthly basis for each month they successfully maintain the app installation. Incentives will continue throughout the study period, with minimum incentive of AUS $25 to a for one month participation and a total compensation of up to AUD $120 over the full 8-month study.
Please note:
- Incentives are provided only to participants who meet the study requirements and maintain the app installation as instructed.
- Participants who uninstall the app, fail to meet study requirements, or provide inaccurate information may become ineligible for future incentive payments.
Gift cards will be distributed after each completed month of participation and verification of eligibility.
