We’re conducting a 45-minute remote research interview about how workplace teams use AI assistants, AI bots, or AI agents inside Slack.
We’ll ask about your day-to-day collaboration habits, how AI tools show up in team conversations, what kinds of tasks they help with, and how your team decides whether these tools are useful enough to keep using. We’re especially interested in understanding what makes an AI assistant valuable when it is part of an existing team workflow rather than a separate app.
