In this moderated session, you’ll use Oregon’s health insurance marketplace website to explore coverage for 2027. A researcher will guide the conversation and ask you to share your thoughts as you browse, review costs and benefits, and consider plans that could meet your needs.
We’re testing the website—not you. You don’t need any special knowledge of health insurance, and there are no right or wrong answers.
You’ll share your screen and speak with the researcher through Lookback. With your consent, the session will be recorded for research purposes. Please join from a quiet location with a reliable internet connection.
You will not need to create an account, apply for coverage, or purchase a plan. Participation will not change your current health insurance. You may skip any question or stop the session at any time.
